Visa files are people plus a case

A visit visa is rarely one passport. It is a family, a travel date, an embassy note, and a remaining payment. Visa booking software that only stores “client name” will lose the second passenger and then lose the profit.

Zeybit keeps every passenger on the booking: name, phone, passport, CNIC, Family or Friends. Search and Excel export include them. Duplicate warnings appear if the same person is opened again.

Umrah and group tours as parent and child

Group products are not a flat list. A main service (Group 2) holds sub-categories (Azerbaijan Group Tour). Bookings pick the parent, then the child. When a group is Completed or Closed, history stays; new files are not accepted. Deleting a service from Settings only removes it from the catalog — existing bookings remain.

Corporate groups stay on their own desk

Corporate Group is a built-in desk: a group name, a list of clients, the services they are availing, and the same cash or online receipts. Those files do not mix into Visit Visa or Air Ticket lists.
