This Privacy Policy explains how Zeybit (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit zeybit.com, create an agency workspace, or sign in with email, Google, or X.

Who we are

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email address, password hash, company name, phone, and brand logo.
• Google or X sign-in: the email, name, and profile identifier your provider shares so we can create or recognise your login. We do not receive or store your Google password.
• Agency operational data you enter: customers, passengers, bookings, invoices, payments, expenses, staff, documents, and related files — stored only in that agency’s isolated workspace.
• Usage and security: sign-in time, device/browser, and basic diagnostic logs to keep the service running.

How we use information

• To create and authenticate your account, including Google and X sign-in.
• To provide the booking, accounting, invoicing, and support features you request.
• To email invoices, reminders, or password-reset codes when you ask us to.
• To protect the service against abuse and to meet legal obligations.

Google user data

If you connect Google, we use your Google account email and name only to sign you in and to identify your Zeybit user. If you later connect Gmail, Google Sheets, or Google Drive from Settings, those connections are used only to send mail or store backups that you initiate. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to operate those Google APIs at your request.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with infrastructure providers that host the application and database, with Google or X when you use their sign-in, and when required by law. Each agency’s bookings and clients are isolated from other agencies.

Retention

We keep account and agency records while the workspace is active. You may request deletion of an agency or user by contacting us. Backups exist to restore your own data, not to reuse it for other purposes.

Security

Access is authenticated. Passwords are stored hashed. Agency data is scoped by organisation membership. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; we work to protect your information in line with industry practice.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your account data by emailing zeeaspireofficial@gmail.com. You can disconnect Google or X sign-in by using email/password instead and asking us to unlink the provider.

Children

Zeybit is a business product. It is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
