Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to Zeybit at https://zeybit.com. By creating an account or using the desk you agree to these Terms.

The service

Zeybit is software for travel agencies to manage bookings, passengers, invoices, staff, and related accounting. Features depend on your plan (trial, monthly, or yearly) and Super Admin approval of new agencies.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate company and contact details.
• You are responsible for activity under your login, including Google or X sign-in.
• One agency workspace is isolated from other agencies. Do not attempt to access another agency’s data.

Acceptable use

You may only use Zeybit for lawful travel-agency operations. You must not upload malware, abuse the service, scrape other customers’ data, or use the product to send unsolicited bulk messages.

Your data

You retain rights to the customer, passenger, booking, and financial records you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled, including Google user data used for sign-in.

Plans and payment

After approval, a new agency receives a 3-day trial of the full desk. Paid plans are billed as published on zeybit.com (currently PKR 10,000 monthly or PKR 100,000 yearly) by bank transfer with proof. We may suspend a workspace if a subscription lapses.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Automatic backups and exports are provided so you can keep a copy of your records.

Liability

Zeybit is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for lost profits, lost bookings, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or remains unpaid. You may request export or deletion of your agency data by emailing zeeaspireofficial@gmail.com.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
